Emery Planning is an independent town planning consultancy. Located in the North West of England and with offices in Macclesfield and Chester, we operate nationally, providing a wide range of town planning services including applications, appeals, appraisals, development promotion and project management of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for private clients and national developers. Our projects range from householder schemes to major infrastructure projects.

Our team

Emery Planning is made up of a team of 32 spread across two offices in Macclesfield and Chester. Our consultants have vast experience of the planning system from both local government and private practice perspectives. The team comprises chartered town planners with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. We draw upon a network of other professionals involved in development to provide a multi-disciplinary team.
