Emery Planning have obtained consent for the creation of an additional storey at this property, located within the Cheshire East Green Belt, utilising Class AA Permitted Development rights. This will create the much needed additional living space for the applicant and their family at their existing home which they didn’t want to move from. This is welcomed news for the applicant given a previous application and subsequent appeal for an extension had been refused.
