Emery Planning has established that the creation of an additional storey at a property at Barrow Lane, Tarvin would be lawful under the new Class AA Permitted Development right. This is one of the first successful applications for such development in Cheshire West and Chester! In parallel to this, Emery Planning advised and secured the appropriate certification in respect of maximising accommodation for the home owner through a successful prior approval and certificate of lawfulness application.
