Emery Planning were instructed to assist a client with an application that was due to be refused by Cheshire East Council. The application proposal included the demolition of an existing garage and stables and replacement with a 2-bed dwelling and carport. Emery Planning successfully overcame the councils concerns over locational sustainability and the application for a new dwelling was approved.
