Emery Planning was appointed to progress a planning application with Preston City Council for the redevelopment of redundant barn buildings for the erection of two dwellings in Broughton-in-Amounderness. Preston City Council agreed that the contemporary design concept by MCK Associates would be appropriate for the area and that the scheme would accord with the local plan and the neighbourhood plan with no adverse impact on the designated Area of Separation.
