Emery Planning has just secured planning permission for an amazing project at Morley Nurseries, Wilmslow.

We’re thrilled to announce that the existing buildings will be demolished and replaced with four beautiful dwellings! 

The site is located within the Cheshire East Green Belt, and the impact on the openness of the Green Belt was a key consideration in the determination of this application. 

The council agreed with our conclusion that the new development would have no greater impact on the openness of the Green Belt than the existing use. Therefore, it’s considered appropriate for the area

Not only that, but the planning officer also noted that the proposed development will contribute to the borough’s housing supply and deliver a net gain in biodiversity and tree coverage across the site.
