Exciting Update in the Green Belt!

We’re thrilled to share the remarkable progress we’ve made after obtaining planning permission for a replacement dwelling! Senior Consultant, Sarah Sands, has had the privilege of witnessing the transformation of the site first-hand during her daily commute. From the demolition of the old buildings to the construction of the new dwelling, it’s been an incredible journey!

The original cottage, sadly vacant and in need of repair, sat next to a bustling road without a driveway. But thanks to the approved scheme, it’s made significant improvements to highway safety by creating a brand new vehicular access and turning area within the site.
