Emery Planning proudly prepared the planning statement for an application to convert historic Mount Pleasant Chapel, in New Mills into a home and a café.

Mount Pleasant Chapel has been derelict since a fire in 1993, the application which was passed in January 2023 will see the Chapel be rebuilt as a detached, two-storey, three bedroomed dwelling, with the former Sunday School being converted into a café.
