On behalf of Cobe Consulting Limited, Emery Planning has secured prior approval from Manchester City Council for an upward extension to an apartment building under Class A of Part 10 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). This was for the erection of 33 no. 1 and 2 bed apartments within a two-storey rooftop extension at New Lawrence House, 2 Shawheath Close, Manchester.
Emery Planning were instructed following a previous refusal for the proposal. The previous refusal reasons were addressed, and Officers approved the newly proposed drawings, designed by Stephenson Hamilton Risley Studio.
