Conversion and extension in the Cheshire East Green Belt

Emery Planning have recently secured planning permission for the conversion and extension of this stable building into a dwellinghouse, including the erection of a separate garage. The site is located within the Cheshire East Green Belt and the Arley, Tabley and Holford Estatelands Local Landscape Designation Area. The impact of the proposal on the Green Belt and local landscape character were key considerations in the determination of this application, as was the protection of numerous trees close to the site boundary. This conversion will provide a lovely tranquil home for our clients, in the  beautiful Cheshire countryside. To see our other successful projects then please click here. Want to keep up to date?
