Alstonfield, Castle Hill, Prestbury – Cheshire East Council

The appeal decision was allowed for a Green Belt infill dwelling on the north side of Prestbury, outside of the defined settlement.

The council refused it on the grounds that the site falls within the parish of Mottram St Andrew and not Prestbury. However, the Inspector agreed it visually forms part of Prestbury village.
