The Club House, 16a Chavasse Park, Liverpool ONE, Liverpool – Liverpool City Council

The Clubhouse is a purpose built, new two storey unit constructed to the north of Chavasse Park at Liverpool One, easily accessible from all areas of the successful shopping centre.

Planning permission was granted in January 2016 following pre-application discussion with both the City Council and Liverpool One Management Company.

The building has a taste of New England with its Hampton Style Beach Houses. The Club House offers 600 covers with plenty of internal and external dining; a permanent external bar and BBQ are also constructed within the grounds.
