Springvale, Welsh Row, Nether Alderley – Cheshire East Council

Emery Planning has obtained permission in principle for an infill plot in the Green Belt in Cheshire East.

The site is located along Welsh Row, Nether Alderley a location established as a village. The Council agreed that the erection of a single dwelling on this site would constitute limited infilling in a village, therefore complying with both local and national Green Belt policy.

The permission in principle route can be both a time and cost effective route to establishing the development potential of a site for minor developments.

If you would like to explore a permission in principle application for a site you have in mind, please contact the office for more information.
